Blackberry Ice Cream


INGREDIENTS:
  • SAS Blackberry pulp - 460g
  • Sugar - 400g
  • Milk - 500cc
  • Egg - 1 unit
  • Whipped cream - 400g

PREPARATION:

Pour SAS blackberry pulp, sugar and milk in a bowl, mix well. Stir the egg softly and add to the mixture. Freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer, add whipped cream, mix well and return to freezer until set. Serve and garnish.
