Passion Fruit Sauce


INGREDIENTS:

  • SAS Passion Fruit pulp - 230g
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Butter - 125 gr
  • Sugar - 200g



PREPARATION:

In a saucepan, heat the butter with the sugar. Once melted, add SAS passion fruit pulp and water. Allow evaporation for a few minutes until syrup with a shiny appearance is obtained. Serve on hot chicken, turkey, etc.
