Strawberry Ice Cream


INGREDIENTS:
  • SAS strawberry pulp - 460 gr
  • Sugar -200g
  • Whipped cream - 400g
  • Water - 1/2 cup

PREPARATION:

In a bowl add all the sugar and water and cook on a low heat letting boil for two minutes. Remove and let cool. Then add SAS’ Strawberry pulp and the whipped cream, mixing gently with a wooden spatula. Put the mixture in a baking dish and freeze.
