Who We Are

ALIMENTOS SAS SAS is a company belonging to the agro-industrial sector, dedicated to the development, production and marketing (trade) of tropical fruit puree, frozen and/or aseptic of excellent quality. 

Founded in 1981, Alimentos SAS S.A.S. is a company located in Bogota, Colombia, with over 30 years in the Colombian market of processed foods, with nationwide coverage in all lines, comprising mainly fruit products such as purees, fruit nectars, fruit nectars to dilute and juices. 

In 2012 the aseptic filling machine was acquired in order to meet the needs of domestic and international market by offering product that does not require freezing, being the first company to package aseptic pulp extended shelf life in high-barrier packaging, technology used in the dairy industry until this moment. 

The offices and production plant are located in the Puente Aranda Industrial Zone in Bogota, in an area of ​​5,000 m2, with a capacity to process about 900 to 1,200 tons of fruit per month. The SAS employee’s team is more than 146 people attending the production, marketing, administrative and planning company. 

Our local market is represented mainly by institutional clients (food service companies "catering", hotels, restaurants, schools and hospitals) that use our purees to produce drinks, and industrial clients (industries of diverse products that use fruits in their processes), with a base of over 500 active clients. Also, we have a robust export market of tropical fruit purees.

In addition, Alimentos SAS S.A.S. has ISO 22,000, HACCP, and KOSHER certifications, and FDA and INVIMA Favorable Opinions, where our processes have been evaluated to meet quality standards for domestic and international consumer certification.
