Blackberry Coullis


INGREDIENTS:
  • SAS Blackberry pulp – 230g
  • Sugar - 150g
  • Water – 100ml

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, add SAS Blackberry pulp, sugar, and water, boil for a few minutes, while stirring, until the appearance of syrup is obtained. Once cold serve with desserts as mousses, custards , etc.
