Blackberry Jelly


INGREDIENTS:
  • SAS Blackberry pulp - 230g
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Unflavored gelatin - 15g
  • Sugar - 200g

PREPARATION:

In a blender, mix SAS Blackberry pulp, half the water, and sugar, until a smooth mix is obtained. Add the gelatin previously hydrated and melt with the remaining water. Blend until very smooth mix is obtained. Put into molds and refrigerate until set.
