Mango Compote


INGREDIENTS:

  • SAS Mango pulp – 460g
  • Water – 100ml
  • Sugar – 250g
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon 



PREPARATION: 

In a saucepan add the butter and sugar on low heat, once mixed add SAS mango pulp and water , continuing cooking on high heat and stir often to avoid sticking until you can see the bottom of the pan when scraping it with spoon . Let it cool and serve.
