Mango Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- SAS Mango pulp 230 gr
- White onion, finely chopped - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 80g
- Vinegar - 50 cc
- Chicken bouillon - 1cube
- 1/2 small red pepper
- Hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Blend all the ingredients and bring to medium heat until it thickens . This sauce is great with chicken and turkey.
