Mango Sauce


INGREDIENTS:
  • SAS Mango pulp 230 gr
  • White onion, finely chopped - 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 80g
  • Vinegar - 50 cc
  • Chicken bouillon - 1cube
  • 1/2 small red pepper
  • Hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste


PREPARATION:

Blend all the ingredients and bring to medium heat until it thickens . This sauce is great with chicken and turkey.
