Pineapple Guava Delight


INGREDIENTS: 
  1. SAS Pineapple Guava pulp - 230g
  2. Condensed milk – 200g
  3. Milk cream - 200g
  4. Water – 100ml
  5. Unflavored gelatin - 15g


PREPARATION:

Stir the milk cream, add the condensed milk and SAS Pineapple Guava pulp. Aside, hydrate with water and dilute the gelatin. Finally mix everything until a homogeneous mix is obtained, serve in glasses and refrigerate. Garnish with a cherry and mint leaves.
