Pineapple Guava Ice Cream


INGREDIENTS:

  • SAS Pineapple Guava pulp - 460g
  • Sugar – 200g
  • Whipped cream - 400g
  • Water - 1/2 cup


PREPARATION:

In a bowl, add the sugar and water, bring to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove and let cool. When the syrup is cold, mix with SAS Pineapple Guava pulp and add the whipped cream, mixing gently with a wooden spatula. Finally place the mixture into a mold and freeze.
