Pineapple Guava Sauce


INGREDIENTS:
  • SAS Pineapple Guava pulp 460 gr
  • Sugar - 250g
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION:

Cook the sugar with water for a few minutes, until a smooth syrup is obtained. Add SAS Pineapple Guava pulp and lemon juice and allow to boil for 5 minutes, let cool and serve with pork or roast beef.
