It can also be found with or without seeds. This depends on the sieve used. Another of its characteristics is that it is made with a selection of the highest quality fruit.

 

Additionally, it is washed, crushed, and treated in a metal mesh. Thanks to this, a homogeneous puree of excellent texture is obtained (Fabrisa, 2021).

 

It is also important to mention that this puree has the characteristics of the fruit. That is to say that it can help (Echeverry, 2023):

 

·        Prevent cardiovascular diseases.

·        Increase hydration levels in the body since its minerals favor the balance of electrolytes.

·        Improve mood due to its B1 level.

·        Maintain beautiful and healthy skin.

·        Combat constipation and improve bowel movement.

·        Protect visual health, among others.


Uses of strawberry puree


Due to its sweet and sour taste, this puree lends itself to different preparations for all tastes. It is also a key ingredient in the food industry.

 

For example, in pastry and confectionery, it is what gives that special touch to cookies, cakes, and pies (Fabrisa, 2021). Thanks to this, fresh and sweet snacks are obtained. It should be noted that ice cream is the flavor of choice for children.

 

Here the puree can have pieces of fruit to offer a delicious and creamy flavor. As for drinks, there is a wide range of possibilities. Among them, is a refreshing lemonade or a cocktail that offers a unique taste experience.
