There is also a trend in soft drinks that peach puree can exploit, since traditional flavors such as this are combined with more unusual ones to attract consumers. In fact, different flavors are a plus among young people. This is the case with soursop fruit, which captures interest among soft drinks (T. Hasegawa, 2022).

 

In the manufacture of alcoholic beverages

  • Reinvigorated recipes for classic cocktails in combination with elements of mint, hazelnut, honey, and basil. The puree can be a good option to add a sweet and fruity flavor to alcoholic beverages such as margaritas, mojitos, sangrias, etc. In addition, it can provide a unique base for frozen cocktails.
  • Ready-to-drink options. Here, fruit-flavored options reign supreme. For half of U.S. adults, taste is a factor in consuming alcohol. In fact, it influences the choice of options for 78% of people from 22 to 34 years old.
  • Sparkling wine, rum, vodka, and the traditional peach schnapps.
